We’re Certified Coaches Nona Jordan and Jennifer Voss.  We have created the launchpad with one mission:  to help you create a viable business structure that supports you and your coaching practice.

Rocky’s Launch Pad is for you if

  • You are just launching your coaching business and want to create a clear vision, mission and North Star Map to lead you into action (aka: a business plan).
  • You have your map but you want sustainable systems that will support you and set you free to focus on the important stuff.

Lessons on the Launch Pad

Tier I – Creating Your North Star Map

Having a clear, documented North Star Map (aka; a business plan) is a fun way to plan and a valuable tool to get you back on track if you lose sight of your path.  It can help you clarify your thinking and

  • Align your vision and mission with your passion, priorities and values;
  • Ground your success by relying on your strengths;
  • Make wise decisions about the mix of services you offer;
  • Save time when faced with “to do or not to do” decisions;
  • Give you a map to create a viable business out of your coaching practice.
  • Drive your actions and keep you focused on what success means to you.

We are passionate about this step. Not about what your map looks like or how it is created, but that it IS created and that you feel inspired by it.

At the end of Tier I, you will have a North Star Map that can lead you down the path to success in your coaching practice.

Tier II – I Have the Map, Now What?

We want you to have systems that work for you.  We will share what has worked for us and then help you tweak it all to be sustainable and supportive for your work style and strengths.   In the end, we want to

  • Teach you to run your business instead of having it run you.
  • Help you create a simple business structure to support what you want to offer.
  • Squash your frustration around the daily administrative stuff that saps your energy.
  • Teach you what systems will support your vision, your clients and your business.
  • Save you time, money and aggravation.
  • Get past what is keeping you shackled to your desk so you can do your thing in the world.

Okay, so we’re passionate about this step too.  There are some tried and true systems out there that, by using them, allow you to use your energy on design your products and services rather than creating a new filing system.

This tier will focus on the core elements of your business:

  • Core One – Finance
  • Core Two – Administration
  • Core Three – Client Support
  • Core Four – Personal Branding
  • Core Five – Communication

Since everyone is at a different stage of development for each of these, the content of these sessions will depend on the needs of the group.  We love flexibility!

At the end  Tier II, you will have a powerful foundation in place to support you, your clients and your business.

Tier III – I Have a Map and Systems.  I’m ready to launch and grow my business!

This is where systems that grow with you and support your growing practice come in handy.  The launch pad will:

  • Give you tools to convert your vision and ideas into tangible products and services.
  • Provide personalized support to craft strong offers for your ideal clients.
  • Teach you how to tweak your systems as you launch new offerings so you don’t sacrifice your energy or your client’s trust.
  • Provide a safe place to take action and test new ideas.

Of course, this can be scary stuff!  After all, you are a proud new business owner.  But don’t worry we’ll be there to coach you around your blind spots and back into action.

At the end of the Launch Pad series, you will be testing, trying and breathing life into your practice.  This is the magic that will help you launch strong offers and attract your perfect clients.

Rocky’s Launchpad has been invaluable to me as a newly trained coach! Rocky’s Launch Pad includes

  • Prework to make sure we understand your specific needs and can focus on where you are now and where you want to be at the end of the twelve weeks.
  • Weekly Calls to concentrate on specific issues that might be keeping you from making serious progress.  The calls will have a teaching component, time for questions and time for coaching each other through lizard fears and our other stories that get in the way.
  • Launch Pad Lessons include weekly tools and homework to work on during the week.  This will allow us to use time on the weekly calls for what you need rather than just lecturing.
  • A private facebook group to discuss and ask questions.  Not only of us, but also your brilliant fellow launch pad pals!
  • E-mail support from Jennifer and Nona during the week between calls if you have something that needs a personal touch.
